Eisner LLP has announced that it has become a member firm of PKF International Limited (PKFI), the 11th largest international network of legally independent accounting firms with aggregate annual fees of more than $2 billion.
The Board of PKFI, headquartered in London, has approved the formal application of Eisner to join the PKF network. Simultaneous with the vote of the PKFI Board, Eisner also joined PKF North America (PKF NA), an association of independent accounting firms throughout Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
Eisner managing partner Charly Weinstein said, "Eisner conducted substantial research and we determined that the PKF network was a great fit for us. Our new relationship with PKFI is all about client service as we share our resources and plan together with other PKF member firms to achieve significant growth."
Eisner, the 23rd-largest public accounting firm in the U.S. and seventh largest in New York City with US $135 million in revenues, will add depth and expertise to the PKFI network and PKF NA. The firm has enjoyed strong growth over its 45-year history servicing more than 1000 companies, many of which require global support for audit, tax, transfer pricing, outsourcing and entry into the U.S. market. "Eisner's talented professionals provide clients with the highest quality service and now, together with the talents of professionals throughout the PKF network, we are positioned to be the clear choice for growing companies seeking true global excellence," Weinstein said.
