FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:FCN) today announced the appointment of Peter Glanville as a Senior Managing Director and Graham Davies as a Managing Director in the Company’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment in Hong Kong, enhancing its risk, investigations and disputes offerings in Asia.

“Peter and Graham add unparalleled strength to our team of experts who support clients with a full range of comprehensive services including complex investigations, high-stakes litigation and risk management,” said Neal Hochberg, Global Leader of the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment at FTI Consulting. “As a leading independent business advisory firm, we are constantly working to expand our global impact. By joining our team in Hong Kong, Peter and Graham will play a crucial role in furthering this mission.”

Mr. Glanville, who joins FTI Consulting from a risk management consulting firm, focuses on helping clients respond to matters including allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption and misconduct. He has also assisted clients in assessing internal controls and compliance programs and remediating identified deficiencies.

Mr. Glanville has advised senior management of multinational corporations, barristers, lawyers and internal audit groups, across a wide variety of industries that include banking and finance, insurance, construction, mining, technology, pharmaceuticals and government. He also has significant experience conducting internal investigations and helping senior management investigate and respond to allegations of employee or supplier fraud, bribery and corruption or misappropriation.

Mr. Davies specializes in providing independent expertise and advice to clients on complex economic loss and financial misconduct issues. He has led and worked on a broad range of dispute advisory engagements, including post-acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes, class-action litigation, loss of profit claims, consulting expert advice and expert determinations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Davies worked at an Australian boutique firm, after having started his career with a Big 4 firm in the United Kingdom. His background covers a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy and resources, construction, retail and consumer products.

“Both Peter and Graham will strengthen our accounting and financial reporting, disputes, fraud, regulatory scrutiny and anti-corruption services,” said Jon Rowell, Co-Leader of Asia at FTI Consulting and Head of the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment in the region. “Combined, they possess a significant amount of experience and come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wealth of information and skills with them. This diversity will not only complement those of our existing senior forensic investigation and fraud risk management practitioners, but will also broaden the services that we offer our clients.”

Mr. Glanville and Mr. Davies are the latest recent senior hires globally within the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment at FTI Consulting. Among the additions are Lawrence Smith, a former board member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board; Yaser Dajani, who will lead the firm’s Global Risk & Investigations Practice in the Middle East and North Africa; and a senior team in South Africa focused on complex cases of fraud, financial disputes and corruption.
