Gibbons P.C. announces the addition of five employment law attorneys to the firm's Newark office. The new group, led by Patrick Brady, enhances Gibbons' practice in this area, bringing the total number of attorneys in its Employment Law Department to 25.
Joining the firm as directors are Mr. Brady, Clara H. Rho and John M. O'Connor, and as associates are Suzanne K. Brown and Jungmin Choi.
Mr. Brady has extensive experience in complex employment litigation, representing corporations on alleged wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, breach of contract, discrimination, FLSA collective actions and pattern and practice class actions. He also focuses his practice on conducting ERISA, OSHA, WARN Act and Family Leave Act litigation matters.
Mr. O'Connor focuses his practice on employment, labor and employee benefits law. He has extensive experience defending both corporations and individual defendants in all aspects of employment law.
Ms. Rho focuses her practice on representing management in the area of employment litigation and personnel management and procedure, having defended claims of sex, age, race, national origin and disability discrimination actions brought before state and federal courts, the EEOC and state administrative agencies.
Ms. Brown practices in the area of labor and employment law. Ms. Choi focuses her practice in the areas of employment and immigration law.
